Training, Mentoring & Implementation

Get reviewing , evaluating and planning. YES YES YES. Rememer the famous words of Roy Keane, and yes he was right "Fail to plan , plan to Fail"

Take a day - sit down;

1. Review the customer lists and spend.
2. Review costs and spends
3. Predict next years spend

Consider how many of those customers will come back, how many new ones do you need, how might you get them. Get planning  - if for no other reason you will have a point to work toward. If you don't know how then sit with someone that does.

Review your costs and see where you can save and where you must spend. Meet with you accountant and agree your breakeven point. Yes breakeven point. - There is no point in working for nothing. I hear a lot of talk about resdiual income at the moment but some individuals are simply not covering their costs. So make sure you are not one of them! -if you are not covering your costs then what is the point. Also REMEMBER the minimum wage - are you working for less than it???

So what are you waiting for , do your review, contact your accountant and make your one page plan to keep you on track.
