How we work with you

Services are offered at 5 levels;

1. Mentoring
Our role as a mentor is to give help, support, advice and introductions to valuable business contacts that will empower clients to move forward to reach their goals with confidence.

2. Consultation

We provide our clients with advice and experience in areas of marketing , business development and business planning to assist them in making the best possible choices for their business. We provide them with knowledge and information. The client makes the final decision based on the information we provide combined with their own  personal experience, knowledge and resources. As a consultant we work with clients to advise them on how to implement plans, strategies and campaigns.

We conduct a Business needs analysis taking into consideration current marketing issues, areas of marketing opportunity and marketing improvements are identified. Marketing solutions and preventative actions are discussed to aid businesses to consolidate and grow into the future.

3. Training and development courses

General information delivered in a group situation to three or more individuals. Training does not generally allow for indepth analysis of individual circumstances and information.  These courses can be delivered as onsite in-house training programmes or through agencies, groups and clubs. All programmes are focused and practical, designed to give business owner/managers the skills to operate their businesses successfuly. Business owner/ managers will be able to adapt and apply programme material to their own personal business situations and circumstances.

4. Implementation

Smart Marketing Limited will take on the role of Marketing Manager within your business.  We will take responsibility for implementing marketing strategies, campaigns and projects in line with company targets, giving your company the valuable human resource and marketing expertise required to accommodate your businesses individual circumstances.

5. Marketing budgets, plans and strategies

The writing, structuring and delivery of marketing plans and promotional plans, within company budgets to achieve company goals and targets. The allocation of marketing spend between marketing channels to ensure maximum return. Preparation of marketing strategies for the effective implementation of marketing strategies to maximize marketing expenditure.
