Food Business Consultant & Food Safety Advisor

Carmel is a Graduate of GMIT Hotel and Catering Business School and the Institute of Public Administration.  She has delivered Food Business Start Up Training since 2012 and also works as a consultant and mentor on a 1:1 basis for those starting food business enterprises or those wishing to expand their existing business.  Carmel is a Food Safety Advisor and Trainer and a member of the Food Safety Professionals Association and is licensed to train by the Environmental Health Officers Association.

Carmel has also owned and operated several food businesses as a franchisee and independent trader.  She has a proven track record of working with Food companies in Business Development , Food Safety Compliance and more recently bringing practical solutions to   businesse to readjust their operations and implement  mitigation startegies during this  Covid 19 outbreak.
