Elaine has an excellent record in Recruitment & Selection of staff for all major industries. She was involved in the recruitment for major multinationals in the Mid-West region in the last several years. Elaine is experienced in Disciplinary Investigations & in implementing Bullying & Harassment legislation.  She is trained and experienced in Situational Leadership & conflict management.
