Kenneth Buchholtz is a highly competent multi-lingual Human Resource Consultant with more than 26 years international experience in various countries across a diverse range of industrial sectors. He has worked for the last 14 years in Ireland. His qualifications include a Masters in Business, Human Resource Management (Hons) from the University of Limerick, a Bachelors Degree in Personnel Management (Netherlands) and he is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).
Kenneth is an associate of the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisors. Kenneth is a creative individual with an extensive record of initiating and successfully implementing strategic HR projects such as Employee Handbooks, Job Satisfaction Surveys, Performance Development Systems and Reward Strategies. He has a proven track record of implementing innovative recruitment and retention strategies such as reducing staff turnover to a basic 6% level over a twelve month period!
Kenneth has vast experience in Industrial Relations in various countries including Works Councils and has represented companies at Rights Commissioners and Employment Appeals Tribunals.
He has extensive experience in designing and facilitating excellent customised workshops and training courses. Kenneth Buchholtz and Campbell international’s approved training programmes have been placed on the SOLAS / EI National Register of Trainers.
